Domaine Roux Les Côtilles Pinot Noir 2024

Domaine Roux Les Côtilles is a Bourgogne Pinot Noir from the Saint-Aubin family's holdings.

The Roux family has grown vines at Saint-Aubin in the Côte de Beaune since the eighteenth century and now works vineyards across the Côte d'Or, the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. A regional Bourgogne like this draws from vineyards outside the village appellations and is made for earlier drinking. Fermentation is with destemmed fruit, with ageing in older oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with roast chicken, charcuterie or mushroom dishes. Drink within six years.
