Domaine Sigalas Mi-Mi PGI Cyclades 2023

Domaine Sigalas Mi-Mi is a red from the Cyclades, made from Mandilaria grown on Santorini.

Mandilaria is the island's red variety, deeply coloured and firmly tannic, traditionally blended with Mavrotragano to soften it. Red wine is a small sideline on an island famous for white, and the volcanic soils and ungrafted old vines apply equally. The estate was founded by Paris Sigalas in the 1990s.

Serve at 16 degrees with grilled lamb, moussaka or hard cheese. Drink over the next eight years.
