Domaine Yves Cuilleron Gamay 2025

Domaine Yves Cuilleron Gamay is a light, juicy red grown on the granite plateau above the northern Rhône.

Cool sites on the Pilat plateau supply the fruit, which is hand-picked and given around eight months in oak before bottling so the focus stays on drinkability. Three generations of the family have farmed here, planting densely and working without insecticides.

Expect wild strawberry, peony and violet, with a soft, friendly palate and no hard edges. Pour it lightly chilled at about 14°C next to charcuterie, roast chicken or grilled sausages.
