Domaine Yves Cuilleron Viognier 2025

Domaine Yves Cuilleron Viognier is a dry, perfumed Viognier from the hills of the northern Rhône, the grape's home region.

Condrieu, a handful of terraced hectares on the right bank, is where the variety made its name, and this estate is one of the most respected growers there. This bottling comes from younger vines and from slopes outside the tightly drawn appellation lines, labelled IGP Collines Rhodaniennes, so it offers the grape's character for far less money. Picked fully ripe, it is fermented in stainless steel and older barrels and kept on lees for several months before a dry bottling.

Apricot and blossom on the nose, a soft, broad palate and a dry finish. Serve at 10–12°C with roast chicken, pork, seafood in cream or lightly spiced South-East Asian food.
