Description

Domaines Ott Clos Mireille is a Provence rosé from a coastal estate on the Mediterranean.

Clos Mireille sits on the shore between Hyères and Saint-Tropez, where the vineyards run almost to the water on schist soils and the sea air is constant. Domaines Ott was founded in 1896 by Marcel Ott, an Alsatian agricultural engineer who came south looking for land, and the family built a reputation for rosé long before the style became fashionable. The wine is fermented cool and bottled in the house's distinctive amphora-shaped bottle.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, bouillabaisse or a long lunch. Drink within three years.
