Description

Domaines Ott Cuvée Étoile is the house's flagship rosé, blended across its three Provençal estates.

Étoile is assembled from the best parcels of Clos Mireille on the coast, Château Romassan at Bandol and Château de Selle inland, which means it crosses appellation boundaries and is sold simply as a Vin de France. It is made in small quantity and released later than the house's other rosés, with the structure to age.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, roast chicken or a cheese board. It will develop over five years.
