Domenica Chardonnay 2025

Domenica Chardonnay is an estate Chardonnay from Beechworth with real concentration and a fine, mineral line.

High in the foothills of the Victorian Alps, Beechworth has built a national name for this grape on granite and ironstone-flecked soils. Cool nights give the fruit natural freshness to go with its depth. From its own vineyard, the winery makes a white of ripe stone fruit, texture and tight acidity, with oak in a supporting role during fermentation and maturation.

Stone fruit, citrus and a gentle nuttiness, finishing long and fine. It will reward a few years in bottle. Serve at 10–12°C with roast chicken, crayfish, veal or aged Comté.
