Domenica Estate Shiraz 2025

Domenica Estate Shiraz is a peppery, cool-climate Shiraz from the home vineyard in Beechworth, north-east Victoria.

Granite-derived soils, warm days and cold nights shape the fruit on this small, family-run property in the foothills of Victoria's Alpine country. Yields are kept modest and the winemaking restrained, with detail and freshness the priority. The grapes are fermented with care to keep the spice lifted, then matured in French oak.

Medium-bodied and peppery, with fine tannins and a savoury edge. Serve at 16–18°C with slow-roasted lamb, mushroom dishes or grilled sausages, or put a few bottles away for later.
