Domenica Rosé 2026

Domenica Rosé is a dry, food-friendly rosé from Domenica's Beechworth estate in north-east Victoria.

Nobody here treats rosé as an afterthought: the grapes are picked early for freshness and given just brief skin contact for a pale colour and gentle texture. It comes from a small, family-run estate in the high, cool country of Beechworth, where granite-derived soils have produced some of the country's most sought-after small-batch wines. Yields are modest and the winemaking is kept restrained.

Pale, dry and crisp, with enough texture to stand up at the table. Pour it well chilled, 6–8°C, with antipasto, grilled prawns or a summer salad.
