Domenica Roussanne Marsanne is a textural Rhône-style white blend from Beechworth in north-east Victoria.

Two southern French grapes do different jobs here: one brings perfume and a fine, almost waxy texture, the other adds body and structure. The small family estate grows them on its own lean, free-draining vineyards, where warm days are followed by cold nights. It's a white made for the table, with the build to age.

Medium-bodied, textured and quietly complex. Good at 10–12°C with roast chicken, pork belly or richer seafood, and it will gain more texture over a few years in bottle.
