Dormilona Pinku 2026

Dormilona Pinku is a Spanish-inspired light red from Margaret River, made from Tempranillo and Merlot.

Josephine Perry makes wine in Margaret River with as little intervention as she can manage, and Pinku is one of the more playful wines in the range. Hand-harvested fruit from gravelly loam is whole-bunch pressed with a little crushing to draw colour, keeping the wine pale, light and built for drinking rather than keeping.

Serve lightly chilled at 13 degrees with tapas, grilled vegetables, charcuterie or a warm afternoon.
