DuMOL Bressay Pinot Noir 2022

DuMOL Bressay Pinot Noir is a perfumed, cool-climate Pinot Noir from a small Sonoma County winery.

Fog and chilly Pacific air shape the western Sonoma vineyards this winery draws on. Since the mid-1990s they've worked with long-term growers as well as their own plantings. This bottling follows the house approach of small-lot ferments and French oak, going for perfume, pure red fruit and fine tannin over sheer weight.

Red and dark cherry, a touch of spice and fine tannins. Pour it slightly cool, around 15–16°C, with duck breast, roast pork, salmon or mushroom risotto.
