DuMOL Chloe Vineyard Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2022

DuMOL Chloe Vineyard Chardonnay Russian River Valley is a barrel-fermented, cool-climate Chardonnay with plenty of texture.

The valley's fruit comes with naturally bright acidity, and this named bottling builds texture on top of it. Barrel fermentation and time in French oak add layers without masking the fruit. The winery, founded in the mid-1990s, works mainly with cool-grown grapes from western Sonoma.

Rich but fresh, with citrus and stone fruit, and a fine, textured finish from the oak. Serve at 10–12°C with roast chicken, crayfish, scallops in brown butter or soft-rind cheeses.
