DuMOL Estate Vineyard Chardonnay Sonoma Coast 2023

DuMOL Estate Vineyard Chardonnay Sonoma Coast is a taut, single-vineyard white grown on the winery's own land in the far west of Sonoma County.

This planting belongs to the winery itself, and the team farm it with close attention to how much each vine carries. Cool, foggy conditions give the fruit tension and fine acidity, which barrel fermentation and French oak then fill out. Alongside it, they have worked with long-term growers since the mid-1990s.

Serve at 10–12°C. It has richness and freshness in equal measure, with citrus, stone fruit and a fine texture from the oak, and works well with scallops in brown butter, crayfish, roast chicken or soft-rind cheeses.
