DuMOL Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir Russian River Valley 2022

DuMOL Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir Russian River Valley is a single-vineyard Pinot Noir grown on the winery's own site in the cool west of Sonoma County.

The team farm this fog-influenced planting themselves and keep a close eye on yields. Small-lot fermentation and French oak barrels follow, with perfume and fine-grained structure the goal. The winery has been making wine here since the mid-1990s.

Perfumed red and dark cherry with gentle spice and fine tannins. Try it just below room temperature, 15–16°C, with duck breast, roast pork, salmon or a mushroom risotto.
