DuMOL Wester Reach Chardonnay Russian River Valley 2023

DuMOL Wester Reach Chardonnay Russian River Valley is a textured, cool-climate white that draws on fruit from across the appellation.

Fog rolling in from the Pacific keeps acidity fresh in the valley's grapes, and this cuvée brings together fruit from several vineyards to capture the area as a whole. Barrel fermentation and a spell in French oak add texture, with the freshness kept to the fore.

Rich, fresh citrus and stone fruit lead to a fine, textured finish. It's a good match for scallops in brown butter, crayfish, roast chicken or soft-rind cheeses at 10–12°C.
