Dunes & Greene Chardonnay Pinot Noir NV

Dunes & Greene Chardonnay Pinot Noir is an easy-drinking Australian sparkling wine made from the two classic Champagne grapes.

Chardonnay leads the blend, giving citrus freshness and the acidity that shapes the palate, while Pinot Noir adds richness and a creamy texture through the middle. The wine has a pale blush colour, and the supplier describes delicate aromas of lemon zest, strawberries and cream, with a full-flavoured palate and a refined finish. As a non-vintage wine, it is blended for a consistent house style from one release to the next.

Pop the cork well chilled, around 6 to 8 degrees. It works as an aperitif, with fish and chips or prawns, or at a party where the bubbles need to go around.
