Dunes & Greene Prosecco NV

Dunes & Greene Prosecco is a light, fresh Australian sparkling made from the Prosecco grape.

Prosecco is best known from north-east Italy, but the variety has found a happy home in Australia, where it makes crisp, fruit-forward sparkling wine for everyday drinking. This one is pale green in colour, and the supplier notes white flower, pink lady apple and fennel aromas, a light and delicate palate with citrus freshness, a fine bead and a lively fizz. Made in a non-vintage style, it is designed to be enjoyed young.

Chill it well and serve as an aperitif, in a spritz, or with antipasto, fried calamari and light salads.
