Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals Pregadéu Cava is a natural sparkling wine made from Xarel-lo, produced in Penedès, the historic heart of Cava.

Els Vinyerons Vins Naturals is the collaborative project of Alex Ruiz Masach and winemaker Amós Bañeres, working organically farmed vineyards in Penedès, Catalonia's traditional Cava heartland. The wine is made using minimal-intervention methods with native yeasts and no added sulphites, in keeping with the estate's broader philosophy of letting variety and terroir take precedence over winemaking technique. Penedès has long been the engine room of Spanish sparkling wine, and producers like Els Vinyerons are increasingly applying a natural-wine approach to traditional Cava production.

A lively, textural sparkling wine, it suits aperitivo, oysters, or simply drinking on its own to mark an occasion.
