Emily by Redbank Brut Cuvée is a crisp, fruit-driven sparkling wine made from cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

This sparkling comes from Redbank, a winery in Victoria's King Valley, and is made to be fresh, easy and affordable. The valley's higher vineyards enjoy cool nights that help the grapes hold their natural acidity, which is exactly what sparkling wine needs. Chardonnay leads, giving the wine its crunchy, crisp character and lemon tang, while Pinot Noir adds red apple notes and a little body. Pear rounds out the palate, and the finish is clean and fresh.

Serve well chilled in a flute or white wine glass. It is great with canapés, fried calamari or sushi, or simply for a toast.
