Emily by Redbank Prosecco is a fresh, citrusy Prosecco from Victoria's King Valley.

Italian families who settled the King Valley in north-east Victoria brought their grapes and traditions with them, and the valley is now Australia's home of Prosecco. The Redbank team makes this sparkling in the same easygoing spirit. It is built on primary fruit, fresh and crunchy, with hints of orange blossom and sherbet and a lively, citrus-led nose. It is designed for relaxed drinking, with no need for ceremony.

Serve well chilled. It makes a lovely aperitivo or a base for spritzes, and goes well with antipasto, arancini and light seafood.
