Empire of Dirt Fuck the Patriarchy Pinot Noir 2025

Empire of Dirt Fuck the Patriarchy Pinot Noir is a bright, fine-boned Pinot Noir from the cool Geelong region.

Back in the nineteenth century this was one of Victoria's key wine districts, until phylloxera arrived in the 1870s. The revival began in the 1960s, and today this grape is among the region's signatures, giving small crops of fragrant fruit in the windy conditions. The bay and Bass Strait keep ripening slow and steady. The label is small and never shy.

Perfumed and bright, with soft tannins. Serve it lightly cool at 14–16°C alongside charcuterie, roast duck, salmon or something with mushrooms. Drink now or give it a few years in the cellar.
