Ester Cocktail Pack Negroni, Martini, Gimlet 3x100ml

Ester Cocktail Pack is a set of three 100ml bottled cocktails from the Marrickville distillery.

Inside are three ready-poured drinks built on Ester Dry Gin. The Martini is a two-to-one blend of the gin with Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth. The Negroni is equal parts gin, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Campari, with a dash of filtered water standing in for the dilution a proper stir would give. The Gimlet uses the house mandarin cordial, made from whole mandarin including the skin. All three come from Ester Spirits in inner-western Sydney, a small operation founded by Felix Clark that built its name on gin made for cocktails.

This suits anyone who wants good cocktails without a bar's worth of bottles at home: a first taste of the range, a gift, or something to take camping. Keep the bottles in the freezer and pour them straight, with no measuring and no stirring required.
