Ester Gin Core Range Pack Dry Gin, Strong Gin, Negroni 3x100ml

Ester Gin Core Range Pack holds three 100ml bottles covering the distillery's core gins.

The three bottles are Ester Dry Gin, the Sydney signature, spicy with soft citrus underneath; Strong Gin, the navy-strength version at 57 per cent; and the prebatched Negroni, equal parts Ester Dry, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Campari with a splash of filtered water. All are made in Marrickville by Ester Spirits, the small distillery Felix Clark started after going looking for a gin that would make a proper Negroni. Tasting the three side by side shows how one botanical recipe behaves at different strengths and in a finished drink.

A good pack for someone who likes gin and wants to work out which bottle belongs in their kitchen, and an easy gift for a cocktail drinker. Chill all three, pour the Negroni straight, and use the gins to build something with tonic or vermouth.
