Ester Gin Full Flight is a five-bottle set of 100ml Ester gins and bottled cocktails.

Five small bottles: Dry Gin, Strong Gin, Negroni, Martini and Mandarin Gimlet. Two are gins, the 43 per cent Dry and the navy-strength Strong, and three are finished drinks, prebatched by the distillery and ready to pour. Ester Spirits works out of Marrickville in the inner west of Sydney and distils its gins in a single all-in pass, using Australian botanicals including finger lime, lemon myrtle, macadamia and pepperberry alongside the classical set. The flight is the most complete short introduction to what the distillery does.

It suits a home drinker who wants to taste across a range without committing to full bottles, and it travels well for a picnic, a weekend away or a gift. Keep the cocktails in the freezer, and use the two gins for anything you would normally build.
