Ester Gin Full Flight is a 5x100ml set spanning the Ester gins and prebatched cocktails.

Five 100ml bottles cover most of the Marrickville distillery's output: the quintessential Sydney Dry Gin, spicy with soft citrus; the navy-strength Strong Gin at 57 per cent; a Martini blended two to one with Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth; a Negroni in equal parts with Cocchi Vermouth di Torino and Campari; and the Mandarin Gimlet, made with a house cordial from whole mandarin. Felix Clark set the distillery up chasing a better Negroni gin, and the range still reflects that, since everything here is built with a cocktail in mind.

Best suited to a tasting at home: five drinks, one evening, and a clear sense of which one you would buy in full size. Serve the three cocktails straight from the freezer and mix the two gins however you like.
