Ester Martini 100ml

Ester Martini is a prebatched gin Martini in a 100ml bottle.

Two parts Ester Dry Gin to one part Regal Rogue Daring Dry Vermouth, mixed and bottled at the Marrickville distillery. The gin is a 43 per cent all-in distillation with a juniper and coriander backbone and Australian botanicals through the middle, among them finger lime, lemon myrtle, macadamia and pepperberry, while the Sydney-made vermouth brings a drier, more herbal profile than the European classics. Batching at this ratio means the dilution is already set, so the drink only needs to be cold.

Ready to drink from the fridge, better from the freezer at around minus ten degrees. Pour it straight into a chilled glass and add a twist of lemon or an olive if you keep them. One bottle is a single proper Martini, with no measuring involved.
