Ester Negroni 100ml

Ester Negroni is a single-serve bottled Negroni in 100ml.

The recipe is equal parts Ester Dry Gin, Campari and Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, with twenty per cent filtered water added to mimic the dilution a proper stir-down gives. Blending in that water is the detail that makes a batched Negroni taste like a made one, and it means the bottle can go straight from freezer to glass. The gin underneath is the 43 per cent dry gin built in Marrickville with juniper, coriander and a set of native botanicals, designed from the start for cocktails.

Keep it in the fridge or freezer and pour it neat over one big cube, with an orange twist if there is one going. Bitter, sweet and herbal in the right order. Good for one person, one drink, no shopping list.
