Ester Old Tom Gin 50ml

Ester Old Tom Gin is a sweeter-styled gin, here in a 50ml bottle.

Fifty millilitres is one drink's worth of a style most people have read about and never tasted. The Marrickville version is built on a triple citrus gin of mandarin, sweet orange and lemon, with lemon verbena for a bright sherbet lift and jasmine flower for perfume, over the usual juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, liquorice, cassia and cardamom plus lemon myrtle and macadamia. No sugar is added at any point, so the sweetness on the palate is a product of the distillation.

Made for a Tom Collins or a Martinez, and gentle enough that a Gin and Tonic built with it comes out soft and floral. One bottle covers a single cocktail, so it also does duty as a stocking filler or a taster before buying full size.
