Description

Fallen Giants Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in the cool Grampians region of western Victoria.

Cabernet ripens late in the Grampians, and the altitude and cold nights give it a leafy, blackcurrant profile with firm tannin rather than the richness of warmer Australian regions. Vines have grown here since the 1860s. The wine is matured in French oak.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast lamb, beef or hard cheese. It develops over twelve years.
