Fallen Giants Riesling 2024

Fallen Giants Riesling is a dry white from the Grampians in western Victoria.

Riesling has grown in the Grampians for well over a century, and the region's altitude and cold nights give it the lime and floral character with firm acidity that the Australian dry style depends on. It is a small planting next to the region's Shiraz. The wine is fermented cool and bottled without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or lightly spiced dishes. It develops over eight years.
