Fallen Giants Serra Range Riesling comes from vineyards below the Serra Range in the Grampians.

At this altitude in western Victoria the growing season runs long and the nights are cold, which holds Riesling's acidity in place and gives the wine its line. The Grampians is better known for Shiraz, but its Riesling has a long history. Fermentation is cool, in stainless steel, with no oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, salads or Asian food. It will develop over a decade.
