Fallen Giants Shiraz 2021

Fallen Giants Shiraz comes from the Grampians, one of Victoria's oldest and coolest wine regions.

The Grampians rise out of western Victoria, and the vineyards sit on sandy loam over sandstone at around three hundred metres, where cold nights give Shiraz its distinctive white pepper and firm structure. Vines have grown here since the 1860s, which makes it one of the longest continuously planted regions in the country. The name refers to the great rock formations of the ranges.

Serve at 17 degrees with roast beef, lamb or a mushroom ragù. It develops over twelve years.
