Famille Roux Les Côtilles Chardonnay 2024

Famille Roux Les Côtilles is a Bourgogne Chardonnay from the Saint-Aubin family's holdings.

The Roux family has grown vines at Saint-Aubin in the Côte de Beaune since the eighteenth century and now works vineyards across the Côte d'Or, the Côte Chalonnaise and the Mâconnais. A regional Bourgogne draws from land outside the village appellations and is made for earlier drinking. The wine is barrel-fermented using mostly older oak.

Serve at 11 degrees with fish, roast chicken or a soft cheese. Drink within five years.
