Fat Bastard Chardonnay in a Bagnum, a 1.5 litre pouch rather than a glass magnum.

A Bagnum holds the same volume as a magnum in a foil pouch, which weighs a fraction of the glass, travels without breaking and keeps the wine fresh for weeks once opened because no air replaces what is poured. It suits picnics, boats and anywhere glass is a nuisance. The Chardonnay inside comes from California, where Pacific fog keeps the fruit fresh.

Serve at 12 degrees with picnic food, roast chicken or seafood. Once opened it keeps for several weeks in the fridge.
