Description

Fat Bastard Pinot Noir comes from the Pays d'Oc in southern France.

The Pays d'Oc is a vast regional designation covering the Languedoc and Roussillon, created so growers could label by variety rather than appellation, which is why it has become the main source of French varietal wine. Pinot Noir is grown in its cooler, higher pockets. The wine is made in a light, fruit-forward style with minimal oak.

Serve slightly cool at 15 degrees with charcuterie, roast chicken or mushroom dishes. Drink within four years.
