Fervor Dokta Nova Riesling 2025

Fervor Dokta Nova Riesling is a dry Great Southern Riesling from one of Australia's most respected regions for the grape.

Riesling is the region's signature white. Mount Barker, Porongurup and Frankland River are known for tightly wound, dry styles with fine natural acidity that drink well young and also age. It's usually fermented cool in stainless steel without oak, so the grape and the site come through clearly.

Light, crisp and dry, with bright acid and a clean, mineral finish. Serve at 7–9°C with oysters, sashimi, Thai salads or pork dumplings. Drink now or over the next few years.
