Fervor Funka Riche Chardonnay 2025

Fervor Funka Riche Chardonnay is a Great Southern Chardonnay in a textural, generous style.

The name hints at the approach: a fuller, more textural Chardonnay, the kind that usually leans on lees contact and some barrel work for richness. Cooler coastal sites around Denmark and Albany give the grape a natural backbone of acidity, and moderate summers under Southern Ocean influence keep it fresh.

Medium-bodied, with texture and a fresh line through the finish. Good at 10–12°C with roast chicken, pork belly, crab or creamy pasta. Drink now or over the next few years.
