Description

Fervor No Royalty Syrah is an easy-drinking Syrah from Western Australia's cool Great Southern.

Down in the state's south-west, the Southern Ocean keeps summers moderate and the season long, which builds flavour and keeps acidity intact. Shiraz is the main red grape here, often labelled Syrah for its peppery, savoury lean. This is the everyday one in the range, meant to be opened young.

Juicy and spicy, medium in weight and made for drinking now. Serve at 15–17°C with lamb cutlets off the grill, pizza, burgers or charcuterie. Good now or over the next few years.
