Fervor Nonna Diana Fiano 2026

Fervor Nonna Diana Fiano is a Western Australian white made from the southern Italian grape Fiano, grown in the cool Great Southern.

Fiano has been grown in Campania for centuries. It settled easily into Australia because it keeps its acid in warm weather and holds its shape in cooler spots. In the Great Southern it gives a white with texture and line more than obvious fruit, best made without heavy oak so its natural weight and savoury edge show. The name nods to that Italian heritage.

Textural and fresh, with a gently savoury finish. Serve at 8–10°C with grilled fish, prawns, antipasti or spaghetti with clams. Drink now or over the next few years.
