Fontanet Les Terrasses Rosé 2025

Fontanet Les Terrasses Rosé is a dry, pale southern French pink grown in the hills of the Languedoc.

Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault come off terraced slopes around Saint-Saturnin and go to press quickly, then ferment cool in tank. A well-run co-operative stands behind the label, and the style is kept clean and modern under screwcap.

Ripe raspberry and a touch of spice open onto cherry, strawberry and watermelon, dry and round to close. Serve it properly cold at 8°C with grilled prawns, salade niçoise or lunch outdoors.
