Fontodi Chianti Classico Dino 2022

Fontodi Chianti Classico Dino is a distinctive Sangiovese selection from Fontodi, one of the leading estates of the Panzano subzone within Chianti Classico.

The Manetti family, who took over Fontodi in the 1960s after generations as terracotta makers, farm their vineyards organically and biodynamically within the Conca d'Oro, an amphitheatre-shaped basin above Panzano prized for its galestro soils and favourable sun exposure. Dino draws on a careful selection of fruit from within the estate's holdings, made using the same low-intervention, hands-on approach the Manetti family applies across their range.

A savoury, well-structured red, it suits robust Tuscan cooking, grilled and roasted meats, and aged cheeses.
