Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Chardonnay 2025

Forest Hill Vineyard Estate Chardonnay is a generous, well-balanced Chardonnay from the cool south of Western Australia.

Grown on Forest Hill's own vineyard at Mount Barker, the Estate Chardonnay comes from a site that has been part of the Great Southern's wine story since the 1960s. The region's cool, maritime-influenced climate lets the fruit ripen slowly, building flavour without losing acidity. The supplier describes citrus skin and white peach with subtle toast and nougat on the nose, and a full, generous palate of stone fruit, lemon peel and a brûlée note, framed by lovely natural acidity.

Lightly chilled, it is a natural partner for roast chicken, pork loin, crayfish or a rich fish pie.
