Description

Forest Hill Vineyard Highbury Fields Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, textured white from the cool south of Western Australia.

The Highbury Fields range is Forest Hill's everyday label, made to show the bright, clean character of Great Southern fruit. The region's long, cool growing season suits Sauvignon Blanc, keeping acidity natural and aromatics clear. Forest Hill has been part of the Great Southern since its early days, with the Mount Barker vineyard planted in the mid-1960s. The 2026 offers lemongrass, frangipani, lemon sorbet and a touch of passionfruit, with a fresh, textured palate of guava and citrus and well-integrated acidity.

Straight from the fridge, it pairs well with oysters, grilled calamari, asparagus or a chicken and avocado salad.
