Freycinet Radenti Vintage Rosé Sparkling 2017

Freycinet Radenti Vintage Rosé Sparkling is the first vintage rosé released under the Radenti label, an elegant sparkling from Tasmania's east coast.

Its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir come from the coolest part of the Freycinet property, where the grapes are picked by hand and vinified on the estate. Named for winemaker Claudio Radenti, the range is known for complexity and finesse, and this rosé follows the same patient approach as the white vintage wine, with ageing on lees giving a creamy, layered texture. The pink version brings delicate berry, red apple and peach flavours with a touch of spice, finishing long and fine. It is a new creation for the label and a rare vintage-dated sparkling rosé from Tasmania.

Chill it well and pour it as an aperitif, or bring it to the table. It is flexible with food, from seafood and vegetable dishes to roast duck, and can even partner a delicate berry dessert.
