Freycinet Wineglass Bay Sauvignon Blanc is a lively, crowd-pleasing white named after the famous bay on the Freycinet Peninsula.

Wineglass Bay is the curved white-sand beach on the Freycinet Peninsula, not far from the vineyard, and it lends its name to this fresh, fruit-driven white. The winemakers aim for generous flavour and texture as well as crunchy acidity, and the 2025 delivers gooseberry, passionfruit and ruby grapefruit with soft herbal notes, a creamy mid-palate and good length. Tasmania's cool maritime climate keeps it bright and refreshing. It comes from a family business that has made wine on this stretch of coast since the late 1970s.

Enjoy it well chilled, on its own or with food. Seafood of all kinds is a natural match, along with goat's cheese tarts, summer salads and lighter dishes.
