Fringe Société Gamay 2025

Fringe Société Gamay comes from the Comté Tolosan, in France's south-west.

Comté Tolosan is a broad regional designation covering the country around Toulouse, from the Pyrenean foothills to the Lot, which gives growers freedom to plant varieties outside the local appellation rules. Gamay here gives a light, juicy red in the Beaujolais mould. The wine is bottled young with minimal oak.

Serve cool at 14 degrees with charcuterie, roast chicken or a picnic. Drink within three years.
