Description

Fringe Société Pinot Noir comes from the Pays d'Oc in the French Mediterranean south.

The Pays d'Oc designation was created so growers in the Languedoc and Roussillon could label by variety rather than appellation, and it now accounts for most French varietal wine. Pinot Noir is grown in its cooler, higher pockets inland. The wine is made in a light, fruit-forward style.

Serve slightly cool at 15 degrees with charcuterie, roast chicken or mushroom dishes. Drink within four years.
