Frogmore Creek Iced Riesling 375ml 2025

Frogmore Creek Iced Riesling is a sweet wine made by freezing the juice to concentrate it.

The method borrows from German and Canadian ice wine, where grapes freeze on the vine; here the fruit is picked ripe and the juice frozen afterwards, which concentrates sugar and acid without relying on a hard frost. Tasmania's natural acidity keeps the result balanced rather than syrupy. It comes in a half bottle.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with fruit tart, crème brûlée or blue cheese. An opened bottle keeps for several days.
