Description

Frogmore Creek Riesling is a dry white from Tasmania's Coal River Valley.

Riesling at this latitude ripens slowly and keeps extremely high natural acidity, which gives a wine of lime and slate character built to age. Tasmania's Riesling plantings are small but the style is distinctive. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, salads or Asian food. It will develop over a decade.
